Overview
Alexandrite lasers historically have been clinically shown to deliver the best hair reduction results compared with other treatment modalities available on the market today. The EpiCare LP/LPX™ is the best Alexandrite on the market as it will allow for high fluence settings with large spot sizes (up to 18 mm) to be delivered at the fastest speeds (up to 3 Hz). It also allows the user to control the pulse width from 3 ms to 300 ms to allow for treatment on all skin type patients. This laser system will penetrate deeply to reach even the most stubborn hair follicles, targeting both coarse and finer hair, while minimizing thermal affects to the surrounding tissue.
Both the EpiCareLP™ and LPX can reach high treatment fluence levels delivered at the highest speeds available in the industry to allow for the shortest treatment times. The EpiCare™ LP/LPX systems utilize cutting edge CCP technology to deliver over 100 watts of power and the Smart Pulse technology will deliver the highest possible speed at every fluence setting to shorten treatment times.
The EpiCareLP/LPX™ variable pulse from 3 ms to 300 ms option is an industry first, allowing treatment of both coarse and finer hairs while maintaining safety margins important when treating darker skin types such as Fitzpatrick IV – VI. Extending the pulse duration for skin types IV- VI treatments will provide results similar to that of longer wavelength lasers and will maintain the same safety margin. The EpiCare™ variable pulse alexandrite lasers can safely and effectively treat skin types I – VI.
The EpiCare™ revolutionary user interface, SmartScreen, provides simple control of all treatment parameters on your laptop. The system will help identify skin type, hair type and recommend treatment parameters to deliver the safest treatment. Treatment histories are recorded to ensure consistent and reliable treatment parameters to better track your individual results. System management software will allow you to track the usage of your system and who is providing the treatments as well as communicating with the manufacturer to provide maintenance assistance and suggestions.
